This resolves the quest, and upon traveling to the Lost Temple, you'll trigger God of Secrets. Run it from the war map to unlock a new temporary zone called Lost Temple of Dirthamen. You'll have unlocked a mission called Investigate the Elven Glyphs that costs 5 Power. Consult the screenshot below.Įxamine the glyph, which should be your fourth and final one. If you're in the right place, you can actually see the Veilstone Sconce in the background. One glyph is found in the Ancient Baths. After the wall is broken down (or jumping over the railing), head down the steps to the bottom. The glyphs you’re looking for can be found in the ruins of the Ancient Baths, the Shrine to Sylaise and the Halin’sulahn areas in the south of the Plains. The Temple itself is sealed off by a magical barrier which is seemingly impenetrable and has remained undisturbed since the Divine Age. The glyph is along the northern wall just before the arches. The glyph is in the opposite corner, but on the railing facing southeast as well. Now known only as the Old Temple, this ruin is undoubtedly of Tevinter origin and located in the northeastern most region of the Frostback Basin. (A second quest marker for this same quest may mark it.) A Veilstone Sconce is on the broken half-wall (which faces southeast). You'll find a ruined area with basically just a floor and half of one wall northeast of the center of the search area. You can carry the Veilstone Torch from the previous find, though you don't need to. The glyph is near the corner.Įxit the ruins, then head north. Walk forward while sticking to the right (north) wall. Head straight down the path, then jump off the balcony. Another Veilfire Sconce will be on a wall just inside the entrance to the left. You'll need to head south to circle around some rocks, but you'll looking for an entrance to some more ruins. Energize it, grab a torch, then walk back to the stone object, and you'll find the second glyph.

Turn your back to it (you'll be facing northeast), and you'll see a Veilfire Sconce on a ruined wall. There's a short path leading slightly downward near the precise center of the area it dead-ends at a stone object shaped like a large headstone laying in the corner of a ruined building. Follow the road to the marked search area. Step onto the bank, and you'll find a dirt path leading up to the right. Drop off the waterfall, and keep going straight even as the river bends. Light it, and the glyph will be roughly in the middle of the north wall in the same room.Įxit the shrine, then go back downriver. Inside the shrine, you'll have a few enemies to kill, but once it's clear, you can find a Veilfire Torch along the south wall. Go there, and you'll find the doors to the Shrine of Sylaise. Turn left and you'll see a path that leads east. At the top, continue upriver a bit to find some food drying in the sun. Facing the waterfall, you'll find a ramp in the grass to the right that leads up to the top of the waterfall. You'll find a rift, and a waterfall behind that. It's best to wait until you also have Something to Prove before pursuing this quest, as you can part of it in tandem.įrom the Dalish Camp, jump into the river, then go upriver in the water.
